Mike has worked for over 22 years in corporate events and team-building. He began with a small, home-grown events enterprise which quickly grew to become one of the Midland’s leading corporate event companies. With past clients such as Coca Cola, AAH and Proctor and Gamble, Mike commands a wealth of experience and respected authority in this competitive market.

What comes first with Mike? Relationship. Philip Stanley (Trainer)
Philip Stanley is a dynamic, highly experienced, humorous and down to earth professional trainer with 20 years’ experience in the UK hotel and leisure industry; working with companies such as DeVere, Travelodge, Forte and the Institute of Hospitality. He is passionate about customer service, sales and, most importantly, people.

So what’s Philip’s gift? That’s easy – it’s connecting with people; whether that is the CEO or a member of the front line team. He is clear that everyone is important and that his key role is to bring out people’s gifts. Changing cultures, changing mindsets and not just looking at, but residing in, the ‘bigger picture’, are also key tenets for him.
