Mike Davis (CEO)
Mike has worked for over 22 years in corporate events and team-building. He began with a small, home-grown events enterprise which quickly grew to become one of the Midland’s leading corporate event companies. With past clients such as Coca Cola, AAH and Proctor and Gamble, Mike commands a wealth of experience and respected authority in this competitive market.

What comes first with Mike? Relationship. From this key principle, Mike believes that he is better able to understand a client’s needs and so create the perfect event or training exercise. ‘Putting the customer first’ may sound like an over-used strapline, but to Mike, it’s the key to his past achievements.

As well as this, Mike is a formidable event manager. With strong leadership skills, a great sense of humour and unrivalled creativity, he will ensure that each and every event provides value on more than just one front.

Deborah Laxton (Associate Trainer)

Deborah Laxton is an accredited member of the BACP and a member of the BPS. After graduating from Warwick University, Deborah has since completed a Masters degree in High Intensity Psychological Interventions, a postgraduate certificate in Couple Counselling, an advanced diploma in the clinical supervision of counsellors and psychotherapists and an advanced diploma in CBT. She describes herself as Integrative with a strong Person Centred base in her approach. Deborah is also trained in psychodynamic, systemic and CBT.

Having over 10 years of teaching experience in Further Education and a variety of other providers such as the Police and HM Prisons, Deborah has taught all levels of counselling up to Diploma, and has experience in working with personal development groups. Not afraid of new challenges, Deborah has often been called upon to use her expertise to devise bespoke programmes of learning and training for groups including; community groups, police, young people and adults in colleges and business.

Ashley is, first and foremost, an artist; a photographer second. He has a Fine Art degree and the attention to detail that comes with such training resonates throughout all of the work he produces.

Ashley prides himself on his ability to transform the ordinary into the astounding. Remarkable, wonderful and brilliant are just some of the adjectives customers have used to describe his work.

Ashley’s exceptional attentiveness lends itself perfectly to the creation of virtual tours. His unique ability to use the lens of a camera to transform something static into a very real, almost tangible ‘reality’ is unparalleled.
